You have a choice of three options if you want to buy a home in Sunrise Terrace.

You might find for sale a home that was built recently and is in move-in condition.

Or you could buy an older mobile home and remodel it, if you can find a home with a sound structure and you can do some of the updates yourself. If you like the idea of living debt-free eventually, it is possible to buy an older mobile home and remodel it as your budget allows. 

The third option is to buy an older mobile home that you remove from its lot in the park and replace it with a new mobile home that you have delivered here.

If you do choose to purchase a new home to install on your lot, please be advised that Sunrise Terrace has an older electricity infrastructure. As a result of a park-wide test performed by electrical experts, we have in place an indefinite moratorium on all new A/C units, Level 2 vehicle chargers, gas-to-electric appliance conversions and any other home improvement that would require 220-240V power.  This moratorium does not include anything electrical that can be plugged into a 120V receptacle/circuit.
